Job Description

Overview

We are seeking a distinguished Senior Corporate Services Executive to join our esteemed Corporate Services team in Malta. With a proven track record and depth of expertise, you will deliver advanced corporate and financial services to our clients and organisation. You will assume primary responsibility for directing client portfolios, ensuring stringent regulatory compliance, and overseeing seamless corporate governance. 

Your role will encompass leading statutory filings, orchestrating company formations and restructuring, liaising with regulatory bodies such as the Malta Business Registry, banks, VAT Department, and International Tax Unit, while also mentoring junior team members and enhancing internal processes for operational. 

Reports to: Corporate Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of resolutions and statutory forms to the Malta Business Registry (MBR). 
  • Handle various corporate tasks, including managing changes to corporate elements and incorporating companies. 
  • Maintain accurate company registers and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Review and draft contracts, resolutions, and other corporate documentation. 
  • Manage the opening and closing of client bank accounts, liaising with banks regularly. 
  • Handle client communications and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations for clients' companies. 
  • Support in client onboarding, KYC documentation, and ongoing monitoring. 
  • Assist with residency programmes and employment visa registrations for clients. 
  • Ensure that all clients are informed of new industry developments and regulatory changes. 
  • Maintain strong relationships with MBR and other regulatory bodies. 
Requirements
  • Knowledge of corporate industry regulations and standards.

  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.

  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Maltese.

  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented, with a passion for delivering high-quality work.

Education and Experience
  • A minimum of a Diploma in Legal, Finance, or a related field is considered an asset.

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in corporate services.
