We are seeking an experienced and driven Immigration Executive to join our Immigration & Legal Team. The successful candidate will provide expert advisory services to private clients across a broad range of immigration pathways, residency programmes, and citizenship matters. The Role
The Immigration Executive will be responsible for advising and guiding private clients through Malta's various residency and citizenship programmes, managing applications end-to-end, and ensuring full regulatory compliance. The role also encompasses broader legal support functions, including document drafting, inter-departmental collaboration, and contributions to the firm's thought leadership and content initiatives.

Minimum of two years experience in immigration law in Malta, with demonstrable exposure to residency permits and residency/citizenship programmes; prior experience across multiple programmes is highly desirable.
Strong working knowledge of, and genuine interest in, Maltese and international immigration law.
Fluency in both written and spoken English and Maltese.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
Proactive and self-motivated, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational capabilities with the ability to manage multiple matters independently and efficiently.
A degree in Law or a related field would be considered an asset.
