The HR Executive is responsible for the day-to-day operational delivery of HR processes across the employee lifecycle, with a particular focus on recruitment support, onboarding, timesheet reporting, payroll processing, and employee benefits administration. Working closely with the wider HR team, the role ensures HR operations run smoothly, accurately, and in line with company policies and legal requirements. 2-3 years' experience in an HR or HR administration role, ideally with exposure to payroll or timesheet processes.
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

High level of integrity and professionalism.
Curious, ambitious, and eager to learn.
A minimum qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
Excellent command of English is required to succeed in this role. The ability to communicate in Maltese would be an asset.
Familiarity with employment law would be beneficial.
Working Hours: Flexible hours in an office-based role, with shorter working hours on Fridays. After successfully passing probation, the role includes 2 work-from-home days per week.
